Influencer Jack Doherty has been arrested in Florida, according to jail records obtained by TMZ.
The arrest
Doherty was booked on Friday in Broward County on a charge of domestic violence battery. Details of the incident remain unclear, though sources close to Doherty told TMZ his actions were in self-defence.
A previous arrest
This isn't Doherty's first arrest this year. In November 2025, he was arrested by Miami Beach Police outside a smoke shop, booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. Police said he was carrying amphetamine, commonly prescribed for ADHD and narcolepsy, along with less than 20 grams of marijuana. Bodycam footage from the arrest showed him arguing with officers.
Doherty later described the experience as the worst day of his life, saying he spent hours in multiple holding cells before being released on $3,500 bail. Afterwards, he posted a video wearing a T-shirt printed with his own mugshot, joking about the arrest and complaining about the jail's cleanliness, while noting he'd posted bail and been released within 24 hours.
His background
Doherty, 22, rose to fame through videos of himself flipping various objects, building a following of millions across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
