Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher has a second arrest warrant issued against him, following a separate, earlier incident dating back several years.
The current charges
Gallagher, 28, failed to appear at a court date on 1 September relating to three domestic violence charges following his arrest in Australia on 27 December 2025. New South Wales Police allege he assaulted a 29-year-old woman at a Sydney-area apartment complex, and he has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault. Police have released a mugshot and urged the public not to approach him, saying he's believed to be offshore and known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas.
The earlier warrant
According to Donegal Daily, a separate arrest warrant was issued for Gallagher at Dungloe District Court in April 2025, relating to an alleged assault causing harm to another man on Main Street, Dungloe, in August 2022.
Gallagher responds
Gallagher broke his silence on the current charges last week, telling Rolling Stone he would take responsibility for his own actions while maintaining that the full context of what happened hasn't been made public. He said he has video footage, messages, and other records from the night in question that he believes offer important context not currently reflected in public reporting, along with material relating to the broader relationship, including its breakdown and other unrelated matters he says he hasn't previously discussed publicly.
He said he doesn't intend to make accusations or release private material himself, and plans to address the evidence through appropriate legal channels rather than publicly, while maintaining that presenting one account as the complete story isn't fair given the evidence he holds.
